Due Process Training

Due Process and the Legality of Disciplinary Action

NOTE: Last Updated 12/1/2024

Explanation: A Training designed to touch upon the commonly accepted Due Process rights in Arbitration/Court that apply to Stewards and Employees in the APWU. As Government employees, we have far more rights than those granted by our Contract alone.

The PowerPoint itself is largely a tempo/placeholder for a presenter to explain, answer questions, and be interactive. If you would like me to teach this for your Local / State, contact me at chornoby@apwu480.com .

This training includes several accompanying documents such as a Investigative Interview, Steward Notes, Discipline, etc that do not appear on this page due to confidentiality. This information will not be shared unless the training is being taught.
